This club's policy is that you are to become a member of the AAW when joining and it is a requirement if you wish to demonstrate or become an officer. Membership in the AAW has many benefits and it is highly encouraged. The most important benefit is the free liability insurance, covering us in case of an injury, but all of the benefits are outlined in detail on the AAW website. We feel that we are safer in numbers at a club function than we are by ourselves in our own shops, not only because we look out for each other but also because we wouldn't be enjoying each others company without this protection provided by the AAW.
